In the Fakeer of Jungheera, the chorus of women play a vital role. The chorus of women suggested to nuleeni become a sati ,when she was become a sati, she was going in heaven and it is blissful to her. But when she was not become a sati and live on the earth it is sorrowful to her, but in actual sense who are know that when she died means she becomes sati, she was going in heaven or not, she meet her husband in heaven or not

2. Henry Derozio.
 Henry Louis Vivian Derozio was born
on 18 April, 1809 and living only 22
years.
 He was a teacher and a poet. Derozio
wrote wonderful poems in English.
 The Fakeer of Jungheera is one of the
most significant landmark in the
history of patriotic poetry in India.

 The Fakeer of Jungheera, it is
based on love story.
 Nuleeni was a central character.
 Who was married with Brahmin.
 Her husband dies in an early
youth.

4. Chorus of women
 Women are enemy of women.
 They forces Nuleeni to become ‘‘sati’’.
 Women were Singing a songs praising
sati this thing shows that they all are
happy.
 This shows background of society, rigid
orthodox, influence of religions.

 In eleven stanzas, Henry Derozio speaks about beauty
of woman.
 He compared Nuleeni beauty with Nature.
 ‘‘Happy! Thrice happy thus early to leave

Who that hath known it at parting would grieve
Quitting a world so disastrous as this?

6.  This stanza indicates that when she
sacrifice this world and going in heaven
it is become blissful to her.
 It’s critically suggest that When she died
she actually going in heaven or not.
 Happy! thrice happy! Thy Lord shall
there meet thee,
Twined round his heart shalt thou ever
remain;

7.  Happy! Bright angels are longing to greet
thee,
 Tuned are their harp-strings, and ready
their strain.
 This stanza critically suggest that when
she going there she actually meet her
husband or not.
