2. UNDERSTAND
Whatever we do with awareness is meditation.
"Watching your breath" is meditation; listening to the
birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free
from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective
meditation.
It describes a state of consciousness, when the mind is
free of scattered thoughts and various patterns.
Meditation is achieved when you realize that all the
activity of the mind is reduced to one.
With regular practice of a balanced series of
techniques, the energy of the body and mind can be
liberated and the quality of consciousness can be
expanded.
3. ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance is the product of Work
commitment TO WORK & life situation. Give
work and responsibilities relatively more
importance than one’s self .Adherence to
work ethic, be committed to your profession,
job and organization.
4. SURRENDER TO GOD
Bhajans are simple songs in soulful language
expressing the many-splendored emotions of
love for the creator(God), a complete
submission or self-surrender to him through
singing.
