WHAT IS MEDITATION 
Meditation is the mental discipline by which the 
practitioner attempt to get beyond the reflexive, 
“thinking” mind into the deeper state of 
awareness. 
Meditation is also defined as the state of doing 
nothing. 
It is the expansion of our consciousness
REQUIREMENT: TO MEDITATE 
• Why person feel exhausted ? 
• Why person feel to sleep ? 
• Why people loosing their concentration ? 
• How sadhus heal other person’s physical problems ? 
ANSWER TO ALL QUESTION IS : 
MEDITATION
SCIENCE BEHIND THE ART 
 Universe also called Cosmos. 
 Cosmos is full of cosmic energy 
 Lack off energy in human body 
 Brahma randra get activated 
 Experience the extra potential of energy inside
HOW TO MEDITATE 
 Sit in a comfortable position. 
 Classic posture is cross legged on floor (sukhasana). 
 Straighten your spine. 
 Breathe deeply through your nose . 
 Inhale to full up lungs and then exhale slowly to expel all the air, 
observing breath all the time. 
Some people use the candle flame, flower or chant the term OM to 
meditate but the most effective is to focus on the breath counting 
all inhalation and exhalation
EFFECTS 
• Improve awareness and concentration 
• Relives stress 
• Control over anxiety 
• Increase self esteem 
• Create inner peace 
• Improves self-confidence 
Biological reason behind meditation are: 
• Increases energy 
• Relieves stress 
• Reduces fatigue 
• Relieves insomnia 
• Reduces blood pressure and cholesterol 
• Reduces anxiety 
• Balances hormones

HOW TO MEDITATE  Sit in a comfortable position.  Classic posture is cross legged on floor (sukhasana).  Straighten your spine.  Breathe deeply through your nose .  Inhale to full up lungs and then exhale slowly to expel all the air, observing breath all the time. Some people use the candle flame, flower or chant the term OM to meditate but the most effective is to focus on the breath counting all inhalation and exhalation
