It involves 3 components: 1) conducting market studies to understand demand for agroforestry products and identify opportunities, 2) providing extension to farmer groups on technical skills like nursery management to improve production, and 3) supporting the development of farmer enterprises when appropriate. The approach aims to address farmers' lack of market information and skills by strengthening their ability to reliably produce and sell high-quality products.
