The 'Agua Vida Naturaleza' project in Ecuador, initiated by the Fuente de Vida Foundation, aims to explore sustainable agricultural practices using Groasis technology to reduce water consumption for growing trees and vegetables. Since March 2012, various fruit and timber tree species have been cultivated to assess their growth performance under these methods, with the project currently in its second phase involving broader implementation across dry regions in Ecuador. The project addresses global water scarcity issues and seeks to establish a financial model for local growers to promote sustainable farming.
