○ We want to help youths by giving them a home and anything they might also need.

3. Executive Summary
○ The primary purpose of this project is to provide homes for youths. We want to make a difference in
their lives and we plan to do so by giving them the necessities they need in life and more.
○ The money will be divided up towards food, shelter, clothing, transportation, skills training, etc.

4. Needs Assessment
○ There is approximately 1.5 million homeless children in the world.
○ My organization plans to provide them with shelters and food if we receive the grant.

5. Goals and Objectives
○ Our ultimate goal is to provide all homeless youths with shelter. We want to start off small and do
state by state
○ Another goal we have is to teach the youths skills they could use in future jobs.

6. Methodology
○ We will contact Scott's Construction Company to build the three homes.
○ After the homes are built, we plan to furnish them and allow the youths to live in them.
○ We will also hire people to work in the shelters.
○ We want to have training for them to learn special skills.
○ We will also supply them with bus passes so they can get around.

7. Evaluation
○ In order to keep track of our progress, we will keep records of everything we do and how effective it
is.
○ After one year, we will compare the results to the statistics to see if our program is working.

○ Just like any other organization, we believe that we can end youth homelessness
○ However, we have a plan that we think will surely work towards our goal of ending youth
homelessness
