Toe Bending:                                               Ankle Bending:




                                                           Inhale towards body; Exhale away from body.
Inhale towards body; Exhale away from body.
                                                           Ankle Crank - Inhale on upward movement, exhale on
Ankle Rotation                                             downward.




Inhale towards body; Exhale away from body.

Knee Bending Janu Naman:




Inhale stretch the leg out; Exhale bend it to the chest.



Knee Crank (Rotation): Inhale upper half the circle;
Exhale lower half of the circle.



                                                                          Inhale bend back towards head,




                                                                          Exhale bend forward.
Hand clenching: Inhale stretch the fingers out;
Exhale make the fist with thumb inside.




                                                         Inhale stretch arms out,
                                                         Exhale bend back to shoulder.


Wrist Joint Rotation: Inhale upper half of the circle;
Exhale lower half.                                       Shoulder Socket Rotation

                                                         Inhale up; Exhale downward.


Neck Movement




  I – Inhale back; Exhale forward,
 II – Inhale center; Exhale bent to the shoulder,
III – Inhale center; Exhale move to the side,
IV – Inhale going back; Exhale forward.
