It is a process that involves a series of steps, and aims for tasks to be completed on time and resources to be used optimally. Coordination is a key function that connects all management activities, and ensures different departments work together unified towards company objectives. Without coordination, companies cannot operate efficiently or be profitable.

getting things done with the aim of achieving
goals effectively and efficiently.
 Thus successful organizations do not achieve
their goals by chance but by following a
deliberate process called management.

the other functions of management. It is the
common strand that runs through all actions
such as production, purchase, finance and
sales to assure perpetuity in the functioning
of the establishment.
 So in short we can say without coordination
no company can work efficiently and earn
profit.
