2-Planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to

3-Managing project activities including daily human resource ( absence time
…sheet review/approvals ) , technicians staff and starting /finish date.
4-Arrangement project progress including: schedule, installation hours,

5-Site following up to ensure : pit , m/c room , scaffolding ,dimentions
matching work shop drawing and 220 V power supply is available near
the pit.
6-Daily following up technicians using field documents and solving technical

7-Follow up materials manufactures at work shops out site (if any) .
8-Attend regular meeting with consultant and PM at sites to ensure
complaints are received and obtain customer satisfaction .
9- Perform quality control on all stages of mechanical & electrical
