IMANCO has been awarded a contract to design and build a new resort
on the outskirts of Riyadh on a land area of three million square meters.
The resort is intended to include a hotel, conference center, two
multistory parking buildings, mosque, spas, water park, restaurants,
retails, staff housing in addition to supporting facilities and utilities that
are completely independent from national utilities grids.
I am responsible for structural design, planning, management,
coordination and financial control of the project to ensure the project is
completed on time and within budget.

 Build the project budget and cash flow
 Structural design of all buildings and facilities.

to develop the whole campus of Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad
university in Alkhobar, KSA. The project involved building male
and female campuses, library, auditorium, mosque, sports center
and external landscaping. I supervised and steered the project team
to accomplish all construction tasks, and coordinated with both
client and consultant to complete the project.
