2. • Issue the LOI (Letter of Intent) for the success subcontractor and submit the prequalification for client consultant approval.
• Issue and sign contract to approve subcontractor.
• Approved variations concept of sub-contractor, supplier based on the sign contract and scope.
• Issue the site instruction to the subcontractor.

• Ensure in-coming invoices or applications for payment from sub-contractors and labor agencies are checked and signed

standards within budget, whilst maximizing client satisfaction.
• Compile such reports as are required to demonstrate progress against program and budget.
• In conjunction with the Financial Controller/Project QS, monitor job costs and progress against budget.
• Justify and obtain formal agreement of unavoidable delays to avoid penalty clause claims.
• Client Relations & Liaison, (including clients’ professional representatives) and represent the company at site meetings.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes when it is agreed as the company’s responsibility to do so.
• Resolve any client-related issues or disputes referred by site managers. Receive client/architect instructions and
communicate them to all those affected.
• On completion and hand-over, compile a Service Manual for the contract containing all relevant information, user
instructions and guarantees and arrange for its delivery to the client.
• Monitor organization and methods to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Carry out such other duties as are consistent with the job-holder’s knowledge and skills and are necessary for the
satisfactory completion of contracts or for attainment of the goals of the business.
• Deal with all client/consultant site instruction and arrange the cost impact and submit it to the client negotiate with them
until the approval stage
