 Responsible for Installation of Elevators of our own products and subcontractor installation
for all major companies (Otis, Schindler, Kone, Shanghai Mitsubishi, Toshiba).
 Update the new project details and follow up with the installation till it hand over to the
testing and commissioning team,

 Responsible for direct negotiation with the main contractor/consultant/client to finish the
project on target time.
 Support design department for preparing the shop drawings.
 Solving customer quires/complaints (if any) and recording the same.
 Monitoring safety and quality procedures for optimum operation and service.
 Coordinating with Client, Consultant and Contractor to specify the product and get necessary
approvals for installation.
 Successfully installed more than 650 units in Saudi Arabian market.
 Handling a team of more than 60 people (Sales, Installation teams & Testing and
commissioning)

 Monitoring and stream lining the day to day activities of the installation.
