                     Use the template below to help you to evaluate both your role in the creative process and
                     how you worked with other members of your group when completing your project.

Explain what your role was in the project work.

As I worked in a team, my partner for this project and I split our responsibilities up so our project
can run smoothly. My responsibility is to:
    •     Design the storyboard plan of how the models will look and the location of where the
          photographs will be taken.
    •     Keep a record of everything e.g. meeting schedule. This is in case we have to look back at
          what we talked about in our previous meeting.
    •     Order the costumes and accessories and handle the budget.
    •     Plan and run the audition and making the audition promotion poster.
    •     Promote the exhibition on www.facebook.com
    •     Putting up the exhibition promotion posters and promoting it
    •     Photographer
    •     Make-up artist
The responsibility that my partner for this project has to undertake:
    •      Speak with Ben Cole, the school’s community’s event manager, about the exhibition and
           get permission from him to book a room for the exhibition day.
    •      Design the exhibition promotion poster
    •      Putting up the exhibition promotion posters and promoting it
    •      Promote the exhibition on www.facebook.com
    •      Look for professional people so we can interview and get feedback as our primary research
    •      Photographer
    •      Make-up artist

What did you do well and what didn’t you do so well?

    •     I met all my deadlines that I set for                                         I had trouble uploading the photographs on the
          myself                                                                        computer so I didn’t do it and let my partner
                                                                                        for this project do it instead.
    •     I developed my photography skill which
          helped me take the photographs well.

    •     I developed my team work skills as I had
          fun working in a team and we showed
          each other respect. I also showed interest
          in my partner’s ideas.

What have you learnt about yourself through completing this project?




                                                                                                                                                              Diploma Level 2  Information Technology
Through completing this project I learnt that in a production of two or more people, team work is
vital as you need to work well as a team and respect them in order for the production to run. My
partner for this project and I worked really well together and we both split our responsibilities
equally and fairly.
I’ve also developed a lot of skills during this project including directing, managing,
communicating and camera. The one I developed the most is camera from the help from a
professional photographer, Toby.

I also showed interest in my partner’s ideas. What have you learnt about yourself through completing this project? Diploma Level 2  Information Technology Through completing this project I learnt that in a production of two or more people, team work is vital as you need to work well as a team and respect them in order for the production to run. My partner for this project and I worked really well together and we both split our responsibilities equally and fairly. I’ve also developed a lot of skills during this project including directing, managing, communicating and camera.
