Pre-Pleats
These medium efficiency
filters are available in three
depths (1”, 2” and 4’) and
three levels of media are
(series Economy, Standard
and HI cap) to match service
duty life required. Totally
disposable, these
“workhorse” filters are the
ideal choice as prefilters to
extend the service life of
high efficiency secondary
filters.

7. HVAC
E-Z Flow
E-Z Flow air filters have extra rigidity
because they feature a metal media
support grid on the downstream. The
filter has a one-piece frame made with
heavy, moisture resistant chipboard.
E-Z Flow II
E-Z Flow II is identical to the E-Z Flow
with one exception. It’s metal retainer
is replaced with a very fine spray of
fiberglass blown onto the media’s
surface fibers. That creates a tough
mesh on both faces of the filter media.

Lightweight, high capacity air
filters are available with
glass or synthetic media, the
Precision Pak is the ideal
solution where constant
volume airflow with high
particulate concentrations
are encountered. They are
available in wide range of
efficiencies, face
dimensions, depths and
number of pockets to match
your requirements.

9. Paint Arrestors
Economically designed, these
filters are available in many
different types of media, styles
and sizes to fit your exact
application. This media
effectively removes overspray
solids from lacquers, air dry
and baked enamels. This
media also performs well in
the collection of wet, sticky
coatings such as adhesives
and high solid enamels.
Media is available is pre-cut
pads, service rolls and
economical bulk rolls and is
completely interchangeable
with other arrestor medias.

10. Automatic Rolls/Bulk Media
Automatic Roll replacement
filters come wound on spools or
cores, ready for installation
without modification or adapters.
Each roll contains 65 linear feet
of filtering media in selected
widths. Rolls are wrapped in
heavy plastic and packs in
cartons for shipment. Media is
available in many types such as:
Scrim-back spun glass, Skinback spun glass, Economy spun
glass, Polyester and Treated
Polyester.

11. Non Woven Roll Media
Nonwovens can be be made
from natural, man-made or
synthetic fibers (or a
combination) depending on the
desired application. The fibers
are formed by thermal bonding,
chemical bonding, needling,
spunbonding and hydroentangling. Possible fibers
include parallel, random, multilayered and honeycombs. The
proper combination of fibers and
bonding techniques produce a
product specific to the
customers application.

13. Water
Carbon-Impregnated
Cartridges
These filters, unlike
cellulose type cartridges
are resistant to both
bacterial and biofilm
buildup allowing them to
be used non-chlorinated
and well water
applications. Pleats
provide high dirt loading
capacities and extend life.

microns, they eliminate
unwanted tastes, orders

Liquid and Gas
Wound in a structure
available in various high
tentacular fibers, these filters
remove particles in
graduated densities for
optimal filtration from 100 - 1
micron. They are vaialbe in
many types of media, cores
and sizes.

15. HEPA
For exceptional performance in
the control of submicron
particulate HEPA filtration
meets the need for hospitals,
laboratories, industrial and
pharmaceutical plants for for
any process requiring
particulate-free air. Rated at a
minimum efficiency of 99.97%
on a .3um particle size, HEPA
filters target particles as small
as bacteria, viruses and
smoke. When installed with
required pre-filters, virtually all
particles are removed from the
airstream.
