Filter Mesh Materials, Elements and Industrial Requirements
Heanjia’s filter media are produced from multiple layers of woven wire mesh that are diffused together to produce a
sturdy, durable and strong structure. All mesh layers are selected for a special engineering requirement such as
filtration and high strength. The mesh media is sintered in porous panels that are fabricated and welded into durable
and self-supporting filter tubes.
For the gas operations, we design surface loading filters. In this shape, the mesh layer is present on the upstream
side of the media in the normal flow way. The drainage and support mesh layers are located beneath. This structure
offers a filter with nominal pressure drop, enabling the system runner to get prolong onstream cycles. When
filtration particles come in contact with it, they are kept on the surface of filter rather in the pores as occur in the
ceramic elements. When the filter is backpulsed or washed, the enclosed particles are eliminated easily and the filter

Filter elements

Process Media
Water
Various industrial firms need diverse kinds of process and service water for their production requirements such as
for quenching purposes, washing, rinsing and disposal, seal water for rotary seats, service water to produce the
chemical solutions. Using drinking water for these applications is very costly as a rule therefore surface water is used
for such applications. On the base of the applications and quality of water, more or less complex processing is
needed for water to receive the desired water quality. Invariably in the water processing processes, filtration of solid
particles retained in the unprocessed water is needed to ensure easy reclamation of the used water. With its

Ballast water
Depending on the load type on ship, water is needed to offer ballast. Till now there has been risk of marine life to be
shifted to the areas resulting in affecting the ecosystem due to exchange of ballast water. Therefore ballast water

Quenching lubricants
Uses of cooling or quenching lubricants- cooling lubricants are required in the advanced production processes for

Filter Materials
The heart of a filter is its filter element that crucially describes its efficiency. Therefore Heanjia’s filters are made

Surface filtration- The filtration particles are mainly removed on the surface of filter. As soon as a pre-set pressure
