This presentation provides information about using Blackboard Instant Messaging (Bb IM) at TUDelft. It notes that Bb IM is very similar to the previously used Pronto system, allowing for online collaboration through chat, whiteboard, desktop sharing, and web conferencing. The advantages of Bb IM include enhanced communication, personal contact, feedback, and support from the online helpdesk. It also provides instructions for downloading and installing Bb IM, which is pre-installed on university computers but requires administration rights to install elsewhere.
