This document provides an overview of Google Drive and compares it to Microsoft OneDrive. Google Drive is a cloud-based service that provides access to office productivity tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Both Google Drive and OneDrive allow users to access and sync files across devices, share large files via link, and collaborate in real-time. While they serve similar functions, Google Drive automatically saves versions for 30 days and is not suitable for health data protected by HIPPA.
