This document summarizes a webinar on building resilience through networks using the Working Out Loud method. The webinar covered the five elements of Working Out Loud - purposeful discovery, relationships, generosity, visible work, and a growth mindset. Presenters discussed identifying personal strengths and network connections, strengthening relationships, providing small gifts to others, sharing work transparently, and maintaining a learning mindset. Attendees were encouraged to complete an evaluation to receive a certificate of attendance and informed about upcoming related events on building military family resilience through networks.
