A step-by-step electromagnetic micromotor of the wobble type is such as to provide an
internal component and an annular component to this external one.
The external component can have a stator role and the internal one a rotor role, or vice
versa. The internal component has three or more poles, with a winding on each pole,
and has an external surface facing an internal surface of the external component. During
the operation of the micromotor each winding is in a powered condition.
The external and internal surfaces are shaped in a toothed way. Each tooth has a crest
radius of curvature that is different from the throat radius.
Invention

Motor simple structure and low cost allow to think to a very wide market where the actuator will be
commercialized:
• In the field of consumer electronics the micromotor is expected to find application in electromechanical
chronographs, in CD players and PCs actuating the read/write heads of these devices, in zoom or focus
actuation systems of photographic cameras.
• In the field of mechatronic medical micro-instruments the motor will have application in the actuation of
endoscopes lenses and in powered laparoscopic tools, for examples microgrippers or microscissors, drug
delivery micropumps and endoscopic intracorporeal autonomous capsules in order to achieve, for
example, active locomotion or micro-surgical tools.
• Finally, in the field of robotics, micromanipulators, dosing systems and mobile robots are possible
applications.

The ultimate purpose of this project is to develop a remote controlled rolling shutter using a sensor. In this project the main objective is the shutter operate as manual and also motor, this is two in one process. In the project the bevel gear mechanism is used to sensor this type is INFRARED. This remote control is used to ON OFF the motor. The final outcomes the project is the running the shutter using remote control. This document describes a wireless controlled rough terrain vehicle designed to detect alive humans in earthquake areas using a rocker bogie suspension system. The proposed system uses a PIR sensor to detect the presence of living humans and a low-cost camera to obtain video of the scene. Additional sensors include a temperature sensor and gas detector to analyze the surrounding environment. The rocker-bogie suspension allows the vehicle to traverse irregular surfaces. The robot is controlled remotely by a user via smartphone. When a human is detected, the controller stops the robot and sends an alert to the user. The system aims to safely and efficiently conduct search and rescue operations after disasters.

This document describes the design and investigation of an end effector connector for a robotic limb. The goal is to design a connector that allows a robotic arm to use multiple end effectors when needed to increase flexibility. A finite element analysis is performed using ANSYS to modify an existing end effector connector design using composite materials. The analysis found that a carbon steel material provided high load bearing capacity with low deformation, making it suitable for the robotic arm connector.

Indian farmers are facing problems in protecting crops from wild animals during day and night time. In this present invention we are going to implement a rotary scarecrow model with producing unnatural audio sound with visual high beam flashes of LED lamp. This system totally powered by solar panel, during day time solar energy will be saved in rechargeable battery and in night time this battery power will be utilize. The purpose of this project model is to protect agricultural crops and keeps away unwanted wild animals from agricultural crops production area. The invention generally comprises a substantially hollow housing having a removable top portion mounted atop a rigid support frame member. The exterior of this housing includes a light and sound emitting devices attached there. The interior portion of the housing includes an electronic controller along with a motor assembly for imparting rotational motion to the rotatable mounted elongated arms on the exterior of the housing. In this system motion sensor are interfaced to detect the motion of living body present in sensor region. Abstract This paper presents the design and implementation of SMS-based robotic system for hole-detection in surface pipes using GPS/GPRS/GSM technology. In industries today, surface pipelines are used to transport fluids; some of these pipelines have joints which are welded together. In a situation whereby the welding is not perfectly done, leakage of fluids may occur, leading to product loss and downtime. Therefore to checkmate this issue of pipeline leakage, an SMS-based robotic system is designed to inspect the pipelines for holes and if light is sensed in the pipelines through the sensing devices on the robot, a Short Message Service (SMS) indicating the location where the light was sensed is sent to the operator’s phone with help of the SIM 900 GPS/GPRS/GSM MODEM installed on the robot hardware system. The robot system is designed with an Arduino Uno Micro-Controller and some sensing devices installed on it. The system is programmed using embedded C language. After the implementation, the robot system was tested which could detect holes in surface pipelines and sent short message to the personnel’s mobile phone. Automatic Floor Cleaning Robot using Encoder

This research work is based on design and construction of a floor cleaning robot with two modes automatic and manual mode. It supports automatic mode in this paper. IR sensor is used to avoid the obstacles and change left direction after right direction and it is mounted at the front side of the robot. It is applied to meet the U turn movement for complete coverage navigation by using optocoupler based encoder feedback. In this system, two motors 555 dc gear motor are used with L298 for robot movement, and other 12V dc motor is used with MOSFET driver to control the speed of the cleaner. The wireless connection between remote control and robot is established by using RF module. In U paths, the robot moves forward direction and turn left if it is detected wall and turn left again and move forward direction. Battery percentage, cleaner speed, movement of the robot and selected mode are displayed on the LCD. ATmega328P microcontroller based Arduino UNO board are applied as the heart of the system. Simulation test and experimental test are utilized for stable response in domestic application. This paper describes the "Design and Implementation of Tongue Motion Controlled Wheelchair". Most serious accidents and injuries often end with various motorist disabilities usually resulting in a limited control of the muscles of various body parts and in some worst case scenarios even the whole body. Tongue driven system is a new wireless assistive technology for persons severely disabled due to spinal cord injuries, quadriplegia or repetitive strain injuries RSI . It translates the user's intensions into control commands by detecting and classifying their voluntary tongue movements. Tongue driven system consists of an array of hall effect magnetic sensors and permanent magnet which is held on tongue using tissues adhesive and tongue piercing. An array of magnetic sensor is mounted on the headset outside the mouth. The RF module is used for wireless technology and AT mega328 is used as a controller. The sensor's output is wirelessly transmitted to the microcontroller and it will process the signal to control the movement of power wheelchair. Two DC motors are used to drive the wheelchair. This technology provides faster advanced smoother and more convenient control. Design of a Low-cost Autonomous Mobile Robot

Detection of obstacles during navigation of a mobile robot is considered difficult due to varying nature in terms of size, shape and location of the obstacle as well as ambient light that interferes with infra-red (IR) signals of the robot. In this paper, we propose a novel low-cost method that successfully guides a robot along a path using image processing and IR sensor circuits. A high continuous IR signal is converted into a low continuous IR signal by means of a demodulation circuit that enables a peripheral interface controller to receive this low continuous IR signal and take relevant decisions based on the signal. The images taken from a web camera are preprocessed to remove noise and detect edges. Subsequently, an image processing routine effectively calculates the angle to be rotated of the front wheels using a scan line algorithm. A minimum mean distance error of 2.45 was observed in tracking the path at a signal-to-nose ratio of 26.50. The accuracy of speech recognition was 92% for two voice training sessions.
