WLI View from the Top is
a dislogue exchange program
between the guest speaker and
the audience. Guest would share
her view of various topics in
women leadership and
development. After attending the
2017 Fall Meeting, I believe WLI
Toronto can leverage this
opportunity to increase the global
content in our WLI initiatives.

WLI Toronto View from the Top is
a gateway initiative to add global
content into our core initiatives.
The goal of this new initiative is to
establish the conversations with
global leaders around the
world, in a dialogue
exchange format by utilizing
video conferencing technology.
Focus audience is the mid-career
women who are inspired to
elevate their career to the next
level.

The goal of this WLI Toronto View
from the Top is to provide an
informal and interactive approach
for audiences to establish
conversations with global leaders,
to be inspired and then pass on
the inspiration to others .

DOES THE
PROGRAM
WORK?
WLI Toronto View from the Top is a
quarterly program, target to launch in
the Fall 2018. it is a quarterly theme-
focused program.
THe focus in 2018 is North America ULI
Outreach, with the focus first from the
WLI Executive Committee Members and
other Chair(s) / VIce-Chair(s) from the
PRoduct Councils.
Target audiences are females between
30s-40s at their mid-career, and limited
to 15 people and they joined in the
video-conference discussion with the
speaker to exchange dialogues and
conversations.
