Jeremy did a wonderful job capturing some of the challenges we face as we strive to drive business outcomes, drive sales, increase traffic, in the digital economy and I just want to reiterate- performance is no longer enough. There is a very real threat of ROI’ing yourself out of business. Now more than ever, it’s critical that we pull ourselves away from the dashboard, out of reporting and QBR’s to take a clear look at the category, competition, the horizon line and develop long tern strategies for continues success.
