               •   Mentoring and Development of HPC Country Managers and Professionals
               •   Participation in regular territory reviews with regional sales directors and managers
                   resulting in a detailed understanding of the top deals in each region
               •   Direction of the Sales, Pre-Sales and Technical Team Leads and other professionals
                   within the region, for the development of intermediate and long-term coverage plans for
