Description: Management of risk and safety initiatives and regulatory EHS compliance for
corporate assets throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Accomplishments:
• Immersion in the “Focus 6” initiative at Republic Services to decrease frequency and
severity of claims. Annual claims reduction as a result of efforts has dropped from 100
million in expenditures to approximately 30-40 million in reserves currently over the last 10
years.
• Contribution to the overall 20% combined frequency reduction from April 2014 to EOY
2014. 2015 metrics showed an additional drop in frequency and cost of 20% in both areas.

• Semi-annual evaluations of RCRA remedial/closed sites over the last 10 years to ensure

In my previous position I was responsible for development, planning, execution and follow
up of internal process-based EHS audits of various company assets, including large
environmental liabilities such as solid waste landfills, assembly line manufacturing type

order to determine compliance status with associated laws, regulations, plans, company
policies and permits. I also have involvement with the evaluation of process related to

project management, by which assuming responsibility over the project execution,
performance of members on the team, timely project completion and the quality of the end

Description: Responsible for completing and accounting for production and initial quality control
of fiberglass reinforced plastic pressure vessels.
Accomplishments:
• Managed 12 employees in 3 separate departments and increased efficiencies through scrap
reduction and increased productivity numbers per labor hour expended.
• Involvement in the development and execution of ISO operational procedures for the
department to achieve ISO certification.
Responsibilities:
I was responsible for identifying and investigating anomalies and maladies in the
manufacturing process to determine root cause and eliminate the problem. As a supervisor
is was also accountable for production quotas, initial quality control analysis and
manufacturing scheduling. I was also involved in semi-annual inventory of department
materials.
SKILLS / INTERESTS: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and several other company-
based systems and databases are among my computer-based skills. My course studies in college
left me with a strong background not only in the Biological and Environmental sciences, but also
a strong foundation in Chemistry as well. Widespread operational exposure in my current
