Description: Management of risk and safety initiatives and regulatory EHS compliance for
corporate assets throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Accomplishments:
• Immersion in the “Focus 6” initiative at Republic Services to decrease frequency and
severity of claims. Annual claims reduction as a result of efforts has dropped from 100
million in expenditures to approximately 30-40 million in reserves currently over the last 10
years.

reduction and increased productivity numbers per labor hour expended.
• Involvement in the development and execution of ISO operational procedures for the
department to achieve ISO certification.
Responsibilities:
I was responsible for identifying and investigating anomalies and maladies in the
manufacturing process to determine root cause and eliminate the problem. As a supervisor
is was also accountable for production quotas, initial quality control analysis and
manufacturing scheduling. I was also involved in semi-annual inventory of department
materials.

based systems and databases are among my computer-based skills. My course studies in college
left me with a strong background not only in the Biological and Environmental sciences, but also
