Genesis 1:26-28 describes how God created mankind in God's own image and likeness and gave them dominion over all other creatures. God instructed mankind to "be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

wildlifespeciesfoundinallareasofthecountry,including
criticalhabitatsand protectedareasundertheNational
IntegratedProtectedAreasSystem(NIPAS)Act. Exotic
species,orspecieswhichdo notnaturallyoccurin the
country,arealsocoveredby thisAct.Alldesignatedcritical
habitatsshallbeprotected,incoordinationwiththelocal
governmentunitsandotherconcerned groups,fromany
formofexploitationordestructionwhichmaybe
detrimentaltothesurvivalofspeciesdependentupon
theseareas

concerned with the maintenance of
ecological balance and to the
conservation of the environment.
We must not only think for
ourselves but also on the living
things that god has created.
