Friends and family can help smokers quit by controlling their routines, reducing the number of cigarettes smoked daily, and providing support during the three year period for lungs to regain health after stopping.

know it is an information technology course however I don’t have the interest to talk about technology for example introducing a software however my interest more roles to history and facts. That is why I chose my topic “ the history of communication”. My topic is consisted on 6 main points. The first point in my presentation is defining the term communication in which people can relate to or find it simpler to absorb. Secondly I have listed communication types followed by communication tools. Concluding the presentation into 3 points and displaying my bibliography of my previous research’s sources. The “Questions” template is the last slide and that’s is to allow the students to ask me any question they want to know more.
I used for my presentation the classic Microsoft PowerPoint software. I didn’t want to complicate things or introduce the topic it artistically. I believe a topic can reach people by its simplicity and highlights. I think my topic is useful to ZU student in which it presents new information they can add to their background around communication history.

A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

- 2. The Chemicals in Cigarettes Smoking contains pure poison. Many of these drugs often lead to death or lung cancer. Cigarettes contain black tar, which can block your lungs and literally turn them black. If this happens, it becomes harder for the lungs to spread oxygen throughout the body.
- 3. Why is Smoking Bad? Smoking contains many harmful substances to your body. First of all, you get yellow teeth and your fingernails turn yellow as well. It also contains tobacco, which is a poison which gives you lung cancer. Why can’t you stop smoking so easily? Well, first of all, they contain an addictive drug called nicotine, which makes you want more cigarettes. Once you start it, it’s hard to stop because your brain wants more.
- 4. What can you do to Stop? If you have a relative or close friend who stops, you can help them to stop. You can help control there daily routine of smoking. You can also reduce the amount of cigarettes the person smokes daily. Once you stop, it’s going to take about three years for the smoker to have healthy lungs again.
