3. Through PDHPE, students develop the knowledge and understanding along with values and skills together with positive attitude leading them to a happy, healthy and fulfilling life
4. Students are also taught many important health issues related to their lives and bodies including drug and sex education, nutrition, child protection and other valuable lessons
5. In schools students are taught fun and creative sports that are interacting for all ages and skill levels. They learn motor skills, manipulative skills, ways to be active and the effect of physical activity. Other valuable life skills include: communicating, decision making, interacting, moving and problem solving
