If we want to empower and encourage our teachers then they must have a level of trust in one another and in their leaders. Must trust them enough to not be penalized if new ideas fail.

To be a fully engaged Quadrant 1 teacher or leader you must spend time in Quadrant 2. Only you know what you need to do to have effective quadrant 2 time.
Find something to celebrate because the PLC journey is hard!
Let’s stop focuses on the negative! Let’s stop focusing on the things we cannot control! Let’s focus our attention on the things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, & praiseworthy!
