 Active stretching is the practice of holding a position using
only the muscles in the group that pose is designed to target.
For instance, if a pose is supposed to stretch abs, muscles in
that area to hold that pose.
 Muscle holding should be 10-30 seconds at least
 Every muscles stretched 3-5 stretches at least
