patients at a walk-in clinic. For each patient, the clinic keeps a record of all procedures done.

Lycophyta c. Monilophyta Explanation: Lycophyta is one of the four phyla of seedless plants having vascular or conducting tissue. Unlike higher plants, lycophytes do not produce seeds. They carry sporophylls- the leaves that bears the spores. On the other hand phylum Bryophyta includes mosses whose reproduction is carried out with the help of sporophyte. In mosses the sporophyte is a capsular structure growing at the end of the stalk called the seta. Again, Monilophyta includes ferns. They differ from lycophtes by having true leaves. they also carry sporophyll for reproduction. Hepatophyta includes liverworts while Anthecerophyta includes hornworts. They both come under phlum Bryophyta and reproduction is carried out through sporophyte.
