“While the uncertainty from the credit collapse of 2008 appears to be receding,
the demand for transformation — particularly involving IT — is on the rise. An
influx of business transformation projects and programs, personified by higher
risk, higher return and higher uncertainty, will find change functions in
organisations prepared — or not. Those who prepare will prevail, while those
