2. On this page, I have placed pictures of some of the
technologies that we have used for our film…

3. Firstly, this is the camcorder is a JVC pro HD
which we used to record our film opening. This is
a very good quality camera; as you can see in our
film opening, it was able to capture detail in the
characters’ faces and props used also. It is also
very handy because it includes two slots for
memory cards, it is able to zoom quite far, it
contains different modes such as the night mode
which allows you to film at night.

4. This is an Apple Mac computer. With this
computer, we did all of our editing,
blogging and researching for information
for our film opening. This computer was
very useful because it had many programs
that normal laptops do not have that we
used for our opening such as Final Cut Pro.

5. This is a SanDisk 16GB memory
card that we used to store every bit
of our filming. The memory card has
a lot of space so it allowed us to save
time when we were uploading the
files to the mac computer.

6. As shown in this picture, it is a dedo
light that we used in one of the
scenes of the opening. This light is
extremely bright so it was perfect for
the effect we were trying to
accomplish.

7. This is a G-Technology hard drive
which we used to store most, if
not all our practise film clips,
unedited scenes, pictures etc.

8. This is a UltraHD portable
camcorder. We used this to
record the sounds we put on our
opening.

9. This is a print screen shot of the film editing
software called Final Cut Pro. With this piece
of software, we did every single bit of our
editing of our film. These things include adding
sound, shortening clips, adding text and so on.

10. With this internet site, we
uploaded all of the work we
had done in class such as
our storyboard for our film,
questions that we needed to
answer etc.
