Have you ever thought of the idea that the continents were once connected? Scientists believe that
around 300 million years ago the seven continents we know today were once connected to each
other to form one massive continent called Pangea. There is a lot of evidence that supports this idea.
First of all, some continents have coastlines that would fit together like puzzle pieces. Secondly,
there have been almost identical fossils found on different continents separated by miles of ocean.
Lastly, similar glacier deposits are on four different continents. There is evidence that the shape of
the continents coastlines were once connected. In Figure one I see that some continents coastlines
look like they would fit together perfectly. It is almost like they are puzzle pieces. A good example
of this would be the eastern coastline of South America and the western coastline of Africa. I can
imagine these pieces of land sliding together perfectly. Another example is, Australia's southern

Geological history has ancient records of Australia being connected to Antarctica land mass, being
apart of Gondwanaland. This mass of land was mainly above sea level, which began to change due
to the tertiary period because of extreme climates and erosion. Australia was separated from

likenesses and the differences between the university life and the community college life. I can see

There were a total of 48 counties that were studied along the Gulf Coast. These counties were used
as the regions for how each state was subdivided. The coastal regions were made of 22 regions in
Florida, 2 regions in Alabama, 3 regions in Mississippi, 9 regions in Louisiana, and 12 regions in
