Greg Tucker set a S.M.A.R.T. goal to do 15-30 minutes of yoga daily for 3 weeks. He has prior experience with yoga and believes it is an achievable and enjoyable way to stay active. While daily yoga may be difficult with his schedule, yoga helps him feel physically and mentally prepared for the day. After 3 weeks, Greg was happy with his consistency in yoga, having only missed 5 out of 21 days, and found that yoga improved his mood and energy levels.
