Our expertise to Stop Modern Slavery
The echo of people being bought and sold is everywhere
across banking. And we know that as a payments and
financial crime consultancy we have the resources to do
something valuable.
For this reason, we have developed RedCompass RedFlag
Accelerator, a holistic, consolidated openly available
model that enables banks and financial institutions to
accelerate the search of human trafficking and modern
slavery (HT & MS) traces in their organisations. The model
is provided for free to all banks that wish to join our fight
against modern slavery and human trafficking.
Additionally, we are supporting the NGO STOP THE
TRAFFIK by sponsoring a data analyst in their team. Her
knowledge and everyday work have been enabling the
charity to develop an innovative intelligence-led approach
to detect and prevent human trafficking globally.

RedCompass for RedTribe: Helping the Masai
Communities in Kenya
As part of our philanthropic efforts, RedCompass also
supports the charity RedTribe and their work to bring hope
for a better future for traditional Maasai communities living
in the remote region of southern Kenya, near the Tanzanian
border.
To this end, RedCompass is funding a project to create a
reservoir that will serve around 2000 Maasai living in the
area. While the reservoir is currently being dug, the nearest
reliable water source remains a river located 6km away
from the village. Once the reservoir will be completed, the
next steps will see the construction of a fence, a water
trough for the livestock and a tap for the community to
access freshwater. RedTribe runs projects that improve
health, education and alleviate poverty.
