2. Our Approach
It is simple, proven and effective
Firstly you are introduced to your dedicated recruitment consultant – they will be your point of contact throughout and with a proactive yet discreet approach, they
represent your company in the marketplace. Oyster Consultants will then:
- Take the brief - some of our clients want to do this over a phone call others want to meet us, which we would always encourage. Whatever way we are happy to
accommodate as your preference is key.
- Ask essential and probing questions - the better understanding we have of the role and your company culture the better position we are in to provide you with
an effective search.
- Share the brief with the team - each consultant proactively maintains relationships with a selection of candidates.
- Search for suitable candidates:
a) Through our wide and established network of contacts within our core markets. These contacts have either been previously referenced or have been
known to us for a period of time.
b) Outside our network – these candidates are subject to our own rigorous selection process and referencing.
c) Target candidates who are not actively looking for a new position. We actively headhunt prospective candidates whilst providing our clients a long and
short list.
- Submit candidates – only once we have qualified candidates will we submit suitable CV’s with a quick to view summary page. We know that if using multiple
agencies you may be inundated with CV’s. We want to make it easy for you to identify the right candidates through Oyster Consultants.
- Prepare the candidates so they are engaged with your business throughout the various interview stages - we provide them with any additional information we feel
essential to a mutually successful interview. Knowledge is key.
- Proactively liaise and maintain relationships – we listen to clients and candidates at every stage of the process promoting positive salary and contract
negotiations once an offer is ready to be made
- Keep in touch after the placement has been made – we are always keen to get feedback on your new recruits and your experience of our service.
- We invoice you the agreed placement fee with agreed payment terms
