web content, downloading an external document, or using a
video player to deliver multimedia assets

for example, supported PDF documents are converted to

application, without downloading the original file

 A unified enrollments view is used to review trainee
data
 Trainees and enrollments can be quickly filtered by
trainer to focus on his/her own courses, or to a
specific session event
 With absences management, trainers can easily mark
and hide enrollments of trainees that couldn’t join the
session
 Thus, the trainer can focus on relevant enrollments,
and avoid checking absences in each phase (entering
results, during signatures, etc.) also reducing data
errors

All the currently available operations for the
session are clearly displayed in a unified panel
Operations that are not applicable (based on the
current session and enrollment states or due to the
session training mode) are hidden or disabled,
helping trainers and session owners through the
intended workflow

Read-only access
New access rights available to provide read-only
access to most of the functions (including didactic
materials management, courses management,
objects management, sessions management, etc.)
