Our Strategy will be to provide a well knit all round business automator that will be set to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness for Kenyan SMEs. The product, Wavuh ERP, will comprise the following
modules:
1. Accounting
This is the section that handles all the cash in/cash out aspects of the organization. The module contains
the Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Sales & Purchases management and Bank
Reconciliation. These are easily integrated with the other sections of the system to provide an all rounded
accounting experience
2. Inventory and procurement management
In this section, the inventory of the organization is managed, right from the procurement process to the
delivery and dissemination of the items. It includes bidder & quotation management, order placement and
deliveries & stock level management. The module generates all the documents required for this process,
such as GRN, Purchase Orders, Quotations and Invoices. It is closely linked to the accounting system.
3. Asset Management
It is very important to know and manage your assets as effectively and efficiently as possible. The asset
manager in Wavuh helps the organization to note the present assets, their worth now and in future owing
to depreciation, the various people to whom they are leased and when their disposals are due.
4. Human Resource
We acknowledge that human resource is the most vital asset of any organization. We have provided a
HR module that provides adequate management of members of staff, their bio-data, qualifications,
discipline, leave, recruitment details, posts and departments among other data.
5. Payroll
The payroll module works in conjunction with the accounting system to manage the timely and complete
payment of staffers. It contains all the details of the employees that affect their payment. It also has a
module that can interface with banking systems to allow for payment instructions to be passed across.

6. Customer Service Manager
This module has borrowed a lot from the world’s leading CMS system to ensure that all customers are

time, staff members, casual laborers, assets and inventory, with quality outputs such as the project

to build an application that allows registration of students, allotment into a faculty/course, be billed
