WHAT IS IT? The  warm up  is a  set of exercises that are performed before practice a sport.   BENEFITS:  Prevents injury. Warm up your body for do a sport.  Warm up exercises get the blood circulating.
PARTS OF A WARM UP JOINTS MOVILITY: First, you have to move all the joints of the body After that you have to do mobilization MOBILIZATION: - You have to run moving all parts of your body
EXAMPLES OF MOBILIZATION Continuous running Rotations of arms   Shuffle Shuffle crossing the legs and moving arms   Running with heels   Skipping and contraskipping.
GAMES Hawk: A player stands in the center of the track and must catch the other fellow (can not leave the midfield stripe). When the player is in the middle says "hawk", all players try to get to the other side without being caught by the middle, if they get caught they put in the middle. The player is not caught at the end wins.
