WHAT IS WARM UP A warm up generally consists of a gradual increase in intensity in physical activity (pulse raiser), joint movility exercises, stretching and a sport related activity.
BENEFITS OF WARM UP A warm up will improve the effectiveness of training and should be done before every training session. This is fundamental to a safe practice.
WARM UP IS DIVIDED IN TO PARTS: ·Join movility: it consists in rotate and stretch most joins of your body: - ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrist,  neck ·Activation: it consists in do exercises running and moving your body, like: - sprint, three steps and jump, running backwords, running crossing legs...
GAMES After activation, you can play games for helping you to finishinh warming up, here is an example of a game: - Title: jumping lines You have to find a line and jump to the sideways. Your feet must be together and cannot touch the lines.
