Poverty traps people in a downward cycle, as they cannot afford enough food and become too malnourished and sick to work, making them even poorer. While there is enough global food, the problem is that hungry people lack money to buy food. Children from poorer backgrounds also fall behind in education and have worse health outcomes.
As families and societies fail, deviant behaviours and attitudes succeed...!
Over the years, the families and societies have failed and that is why, almost all deviant behaviours and attitudes are having a free ride. The situation is very critical now as deviant attitudes are getting media focus and even a pat on the back. Moreover, as the society reacts to these at times and blames it on the government, the media is quick to take sides of the populist stupidity and anger.

1) The divorce rate in the United States is the highest in the world, nearly twice as high as Canada and four times higher than Japan. 2) Factors that contribute to the high divorce rate include an emphasis on individualism over family, declining romantic love after the honeymoon phase ends, greater financial independence for women, stress from dual-career families, and easier legal access to divorce. 3) Those at greatest risk of divorce include young couples, couples with brief courtships, couples lacking financial stability, and couples where one or both partners have substance abuse problems.

The 4th April 2016 marks ten years to the day after the final report of the Pension Commission. The Pensions Commission painted a future where individuals would need to do a combination of working longer, saving more, or paying more tax. The Commission argued that a failure to act would lead to poorer pensioners.
This ILC-UK analysis highlights positive progress in extending working lives, preventing pensioner poverty and getting more people into saving. But the think tank warns of complacency and paints a bleak picture for future pensioners.

How poor get poor?
I look at three phases over which a household gets into a poverty trap. This, I believe, is critical to understand as it harbours solutions to the poverty problems. Further, it also leads us to a basic framework for solving the poverty crisis everywhere.
Snakes and Ladders Approach
Getting a community out of poverty needs a customized solution. Each community faces its challenges (snakes) but has opportunities (ladders) hidden within its structure. This framework may be used to build a customized approach for the community.
Structural v/s transient poverty
One of the central idea I want to highlight is the difference between temporary poverty - one that household can get out of versus structural poverty - one that seduces the household into believing that they can get out of poverty.

I look at three phases over which a household gets into a poverty trap. This, I believe, is critical to understand as it harbours solutions to the poverty problems. Further, it also leads us to a basic framework for solving the poverty crisis everywhere.
Snakes and Ladders Approach
Getting a community out of poverty needs a customized solution. Each community faces its challenges (snakes) but has opportunities (ladders) hidden within its structure. This framework may be used to build a customized approach for the community.
Structural v/s transient poverty
One of the central idea I want to highlight is the difference between temporary poverty - one that household can get out of versus structural poverty - one that seduces the household into believing that they can get out of poverty.

Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).
