2. Provides a variety of services and activities for the
youngsters in Ida-Viru County.
Our the most important task is to make a young
person trust and believe in his/her own capabilities
as well as grown-up.
We work in the field of non-formal education.

3. Our mission is to support and develop human
resource, where youth is one of the main target
groups.

4. • to initiate various activities for different age groups
to promote the development of skills, knowledge
and increase the competence through non-formal
education
• to consult people about possibilities of non-formal
education
• to offer cooperation activities in the frame of life-
long learning with others partner organizations.

5. A person is the centre of every event.
Cooperation: we work with everyone who is
interested, in order to use available resources for
the idea realization.
Voluntary-based principle: we work on the
voluntary-based principle which helps us to
provide better quality and bring more active
people into our society.

• Institutions connected to the labour market.
• We have partners on regional, state and European level.
• In year 2010 EVS program is going to be a priority in our
daily work.
We also support local youth associations, organizations
and different initiatives of young people by offering them
free counseling service, and supporting in realizing their
activities through projects.
