of Aurangabad region by means of Infrastructure,
Conservation and tourism development
• Phase-1 (1992- 2002) Mainly involving the
infrastructure developments
• Phase-2 (2004-2011) Involving tourist related activities
and tourist complexes
• The flagship projects of Phase II, 2 visitor centers at
Ajanta and Ellora to interpret the world heritage sites
with ultra-modern means i.e. multimedia, audio-visual
exhibitions, panels, separators, replicas, mannequins and
statues placed in state of the art, aesthetically
designed buildings.
