• Hard work and lots of fun.

• Good work-life balance, professional but relaxed atmosphere, where you are treated like an adult and trusted to get the work done
Cons
• Company was going through a lot of changes so there were tough aspects, though everyone pulled together.
• Not enough resources to get job done. Long hours. Management can sometimes overlook lower level managers input and hard work.
• Easy to get lost in the ‘shuffle’.
