THE GARLAND
The Garland is a boutique residential project located in District 9, a fast growing residential suburb of Ho Chi Minh City.

tower. On completion the project will provide recreational parks, a swimming pool and a children’s playground. The Garland

MY GIA TOWNSHIP
My Gia is a 158-hectare township strategically positioned between the mountains and the famous beaches of Nha Trang, one
of the most popular coastal tourist destinations in central Vietnam. The township will offer a mixed-use community combining

This spectacular mixed-use development is located on an exceptional site in the center of Danang, Vietnam’s third city.
Fronting the beautiful Han River and joined to the existing CBD by the city’s iconic swivel suspension bridge, the 9-hectare
site will be transformed into a vibrant commercial and residential district with over 500,000 sq.m of development, to be
constructed in three phases and due for completion in 2017.
The World Trade Center will comprise offices, an international standard hotel, a conference and exhibition center, two
high- end residential towers, and two retail developments including a supermarket, a department store, cinemas, restaurants
and cafes. The plans allow for high quality public open space within the development site, which will link up with 17,000 sq.m
of riverside boardwalk that will be upgraded as part of the overall development.
The first residential tower which provides 225 units, named Azura, is under construction and will be completed in Q1 2012. The first
retail project is now under concept design with construction scheduled to commence in early 2012.
The proposed retail centre will comprise the first (in country) department store with adjoining shopping mall of total size of
72,500 sq.m of GFA (including parking).

DANANG BEACH RESORT
Located less than 20 minutes from Danang International airport and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An, Danang
Beach Resort is destined to be the ultimate resort destination in Vietnam. The central pieces of this world class integrated
resort are two spectacular 18-hole championship golf courses. The first 18-holes designed by internationally renowned course
designer Greg Norman is now fully operational. The 260-ha site will also include a five-star hotel, a retail centre, a private club
house and a recreational facilities. The residential components comprise The Ocean Villas, The Cham, The Dune Residences

CENTURY 21
Century 21 is located on a prime 30-ha land site in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. The site will be developed predominantly
with residential housing and 5 ha for retail/commercial. Located on the junction of the future Long Thanh-Dau Giay Highway
and Do Xuan Hop Street which is planned to widen to 40-meters, the Century 21 project has excellent exposure for a retail

MÖVENPICK HOTEL SAIGON
The Mövenpick Hotel Saigon re-opened on 1 August 2010 after a complete refurbishment. Conveniently located minutes
