Viktor Frankl was an accomplished Austrian psychologist and neurologist who survived the Holocaust. He lost his wife and family in the Theresienstadt concentration camp. After the war, he published his famous book "Man's Search for Meaning" in which he discussed how even in the most miserable circumstances, life has meaning. Frankl went on to develop Logotherapy, which focuses on finding meaning as the primary motivation for living. He believed humans have freedom to find meaning through their actions and experiences.
