The interdisciplinary approach is becoming more widely used by modern Russian dentistry. This approach covers both dentistry disciplines and general medical field. It often leads to hyper diagnostics and inadequate treatment, with results in a patientâs overtreatment and their psychological state.
Osteopathy has gained a lot of popularity, especially cranio-osteopathy, to treat patients with TMD (TemporoMandibular Disorders). It becomes obvious that the relation between supporting-motor apparatus and masticatory system evokes great interest.
Some authors claim that TMD is caused by poor posture and spine disorders but not by problems in maxillofacial area.
Many scientific conferences have been held all over the world. A lot of clinics have taken on osteopaths.
The use of alternative medicine techniques in our field is very risky as no enough scientific evidence has been found yet to prove the effectiveness of such methods of treatment.
The aim of our research is to determine the effectiveness of the use of cranio-osteopathic methods in dentistry field.

Because at the end of the day, no one really can heal us. We heal ourselves. We heal in community, we heal because the human body is an amazing self-healing organism.
Eastern philosophy and medicine, originating in ancient India and China, have traditionally regarded body structures and the life processes occurring within as inseparable. Their terminology resides halfway between structure and function and identifies certain entities in the human body, representing the flow of life energy and, in some sense, conduits for that flow that do not correspond to anatomical structures recognized by Western science and medicine. The chakras are the energy centers in a personâs biological field and are responsible for his or her physiological and psychological condition as well as certain groups of organs. All vital functions of the human body are determined by energy that spins in the chakras. These can be defined as
âwhirlpools referred,â and in Indian, they are considered âenergy burstsâ or âwheels.â
The process of energy transformation happens exactly in these centers. Vital energy, along with blood, circulates around the meridians in the chakras and fuels all organs and systems in the human body. When the circulation in these meridians stagnates, the human body becomes susceptible to various disorders. An excellent preventative method, designed explicitly to battle such stagnation is Chi Gun, an ancient Chinese method for self-healing which activates the energy centers. Chi Gun teaches people to release the energy themselves by massaging specific areas corresponding to the different chakras.

Flu Vaccine Alert in Bangalore Karnatakaaddon Scans
Â
As flu season approaches, health officials in Bangalore, Karnataka, are urging residents to get their flu vaccinations. The seasonal flu, while common, can lead to severe health complications, particularly for vulnerable populations such as young children, the elderly, and those with underlying health conditions.
Dr. Vidisha Kumari, a leading epidemiologist in Bangalore, emphasizes the importance of getting vaccinated. "The flu vaccine is our best defense against the influenza virus. It not only protects individuals but also helps prevent the spread of the virus in our communities," he says.
This year, the flu season is expected to coincide with a potential increase in other respiratory illnesses. The Karnataka Health Department has launched an awareness campaign highlighting the significance of flu vaccinations. They have set up multiple vaccination centers across Bangalore, making it convenient for residents to receive their shots.
To encourage widespread vaccination, the government is also collaborating with local schools, workplaces, and community centers to facilitate vaccination drives. Special attention is being given to ensuring that the vaccine is accessible to all, including marginalized communities who may have limited access to healthcare.
Residents are reminded that the flu vaccine is safe and effective. Common side effects are mild and may include soreness at the injection site, mild fever, or muscle aches. These side effects are generally short-lived and far less severe than the flu itself.
Healthcare providers are also stressing the importance of continuing COVID-19 precautions. Wearing masks, practicing good hand hygiene, and maintaining social distancing are still crucial, especially in crowded places.
Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting vaccinated. Together, we can help keep Bangalore healthy and safe this flu season. For more information on vaccination centers and schedules, residents can visit the Karnataka Health Departmentâs official website or follow their social media pages.
Stay informed, stay safe, and get your flu shot today!

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years â 64.8%, 20 years â 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP â more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0âN12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0âN12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

New Directions in Targeted Therapeutic Approaches for Older Adults With Mantl...i3 Health
Â
i3 Health is pleased to make the speaker slides from this activity available for use as a non-accredited self-study or teaching resource.
This slide deck presented by Dr. Kami Maddocks, Professor-Clinical in the Division of Hematology and
Associate Division Director for Ambulatory Operations
The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, will provide insight into new directions in targeted therapeutic approaches for older adults with mantle cell lymphoma.
STATEMENT OF NEED
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare, aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) accounting for 5% to 7% of all lymphomas. Its prognosis ranges from indolent disease that does not require treatment for years to very aggressive disease, which is associated with poor survival (Silkenstedt et al, 2021). Typically, MCL is diagnosed at advanced stage and in older patients who cannot tolerate intensive therapy (NCCN, 2022). Although recent advances have slightly increased remission rates, recurrence and relapse remain very common, leading to a median overall survival between 3 and 6 years (LLS, 2021). Though there are several effective options, progress is still needed towards establishing an accepted frontline approach for MCL (Castellino et al, 2022). Treatment selection and management of MCL are complicated by the heterogeneity of prognosis, advanced age and comorbidities of patients, and lack of an established standard approach for treatment, making it vital that clinicians be familiar with the latest research and advances in this area. In this activity chaired by Michael Wang, MD, Professor in the Department of Lymphoma & Myeloma at MD Anderson Cancer Center, expert faculty will discuss prognostic factors informing treatment, the promising results of recent trials in new therapeutic approaches, and the implications of treatment resistance in therapeutic selection for MCL.
Target Audience
Hematology/oncology fellows, attending faculty, and other health care professionals involved in the treatment of patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).
Learning Objectives
1.) Identify clinical and biological prognostic factors that can guide treatment decision making for older adults with MCL
2.) Evaluate emerging data on targeted therapeutic approaches for treatment-naive and relapsed/refractory MCL and their applicability to older adults
3.) Assess mechanisms of resistance to targeted therapies for MCL and their implications for treatment selection

2. Salts and Crystalotherapy
Electrolytes are important minerals stored in very small
amounts in the body. Common electrolytes include
sodium, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. They are
called electrolytes because they carry a very small
electrical charge that performs important functions
throughout your body. These minerals regulate the
amount of water in your body, control muscle action,
regulate blood chemistry, and perform other important
functions. Electrolytes are found in your blood, cells,
tissue,urine,andbodyfluids.
When the amount of electrolytes in your body is too high
or too low, you can develop dizziness, cramps, and
problems with an irregular heart beat (heart rhythm) or
symptoms of mental confusion. An electrolyte
disturbance can be caused by severe fluid loss
(dehydration) through sweating (without replacing fluids)
and by certain health conditions, such as kidney
problems, diabetes, malnutrition, hormone disorders,
and heart disease. It might also occur as a result of
treatmentforanothercondition,suchascancer.
Sodium is the major electrolyte found in body fluid.
Sodium regulates the amount of water in the blood and
tissues it acts like a sponge to attract and hold fluids in
body tissues. Sodium is important for conducting nerve
impulses, muscle contraction and is especially important
for growth. Sodium (Na) together with Potassium (K),
regulates the osmotic pressure in the cells and keeps the
balanceoftheionsintheblood.
Potassium (K) controls the content of water of the cells. It
regulates the functioning of the nerve system, the
muscular contractions and keeps the correct number of
ions in the human body. It protects the heart against
arrhythmias and, together with sodium, keeps the
balance of water in the organism. Moreover, it is also
necessary for the emission of insulin, the metabolism of
thecarbohydratesandthecompositionofproteins.
Magnesium (Mg) is a main ingredient of the bones and
teeth, which helps in the proper functioning of
metabolism and activates many enzymes. It restores
calmness in the nerve and muscle fiber and reduces
pressure. It fights significantly psychic diseases, such as
depression,aswellasthebreakingofkidneystones.

Crystalotherapy Salt Cave. This air is rich in salt ions and
trace elements. Its cleanliness and purity, which
excludes and in the same time destroys bacteria and
other microorganisms, is taken care to be preserved
through the exclusive use of natural materials and the
very large quantities of salt used at the cave. The walls,
floor and ceiling of Crystalotherapy Salt Cave are
completely covered with tons of 4 different types of
carefully selected mineral salt and Dead Sea salt which
contains 84 trace elements. Its high crystalline structure
allows the cellular absorption of nutrients and restores

Electromagnetic radiation experiment on
salt rock
The salt rock proved to be particularly effective in
protecting against electromagnetic radiation, with
84.11% absorption rate of the electromagnetic
radiationinacontrolledexperimentconducted.
Scientific studies have demonstrated that
compared to sea air, the air inside the
Crystalotherapy Salt Caves is 76 times richer in
sodium and salt and also contains potassium and
magnesium (that sea air does not contain).
Additionally, the studies prove that Crystalotherapy
Salt Caves absorb nine tenths of the
electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones,
Wi-Fi networks, antennas of mobile telephony

International Conference on Srividya
Trayinyas Srividya Foundation organized an
International Conference on Srividya (Knowledge-
Science-Philosophy) recently at the University Senate
Bhavan. The conference was dedicated to the late Sri
Balagangadharanatha Swamiji of Adichunchanagiri
Mutt and the late Srikantadatta Narasimharaja
Wodeyar of Mysore. The conference was inaugurated
by Junior Pontiff Avadhuta Datta Peetham of Sri
GanapathiSachchidanandaAshram.
The conference discussed the mystical, esoteric and
ancient system of mantra, yantra and tantra in
god(dess) worship, and the role of Srividya in different
fields. Traditional Srividya Upasana is almost 5,000
years old and is an ancient Indian Vidya of the
Adidevathas. Many of these age-old concepts have
beenunderlinedinmodernscienceand technologylike
when recently it was proved that the whole universe
was formed with a god
particle (Higgs Boson) with
reference to macrons and
microns (anu and paramanu
inbinduroopam).
Dr.B.R.Paialsospokeonone
of the sessions. He said that
Divinity is everywhere in the
form of Energy and Energy is
the key component in
achieving optimum health
i.e. Swasthya or Wellness.
Wellness is a balanced
channeling of energy - energy received from the

PEMF - the fifth element of health
Food, water,sunlight,and oxygenarerequiredfor
life, but there is a fifth element of health that is
equally vital and often overlooked: the Earth's
magnetic field and its corresponding PEMFs
(pulsed electromagnetic fields). Earth's PEMFs
are so essential that NASA and the Russian space
programequiptheirspacecraftswithdevicesthat
replicatethesefrequencies.
These frequencies are absolutely necessary for
the human body's circadian rhythms, energy
production, and keeping the body free from pain.
We are no longer getting these life-nurturing
energies of the earth, thanks to âelectro-smogâ
harmful high-frequency fields produced by our
electrical wiring, communications devices and
appliances which stress our bodies, interfere
with cell communication and metabolism, and
drainourenergies.
The new science of PEMF therapy (a branch of
energy medicine), based on modern quantum
field theory, is the solution to this problem, with
themanybenefitslistedbelow:

v
get deep, rejuvenating sleep
v
increase your energy and vitality
v

v

Healthy magnetic fields, such as those produced
by PEMF devices, mimic the natural frequencies
of the Earth and its atmosphere. There are now over
1,000 PEMF clinical studies indicating its
effectiveness.FollowingisonesuchPEMFdevice.
The iMRS System uses carrier frequencies in a range
of just 0.5 and 15 Hz, which is totally within the
natural biological window of the Earth's field. These
fields help to put the body back into a state of
balance, energy and wellness. Bathed in a PEMF
field, the cell membranes become more energized,
with a better balance between positive and negative
ions. Greater cell membrane potential means better
absorption of nutrients and oxygen, and better
elimination of wastes. Blood circulation increases as
the vessels dilate and as red blood cells repel each
other more strongly, so the oxygen content of the
blood increases. Many of these effects continue for
several hours after treatment, which is especially
important during sleep, when cellular repairs are at
theirpeak.
