Uit de dialoog blijkt steeds dat er veel vragen zijn over hoe met behulp van social media en crowdsourcing op een andere manier verbinding wordt gemaakt met de klant. Deze presentaties zijn bedoeld om met deze MT's en boardrooms in gesprek te gaan en te zoeken naar een oplossing die past bij de aard van het bedrijf en de cultuur.
