Disruptive change and innovation, digital businesses, a new business paradigm are some of the most popular terms to describe the current business environment.
Behind these trendy words, there is one key concept - the world and business are changing at incredible speeds - and companies need to change with them.
Change and innovation are not any nicer to have for a company - they’re mandatory.
The business environment changes so rapidly, according to a Deloitte study, over 88% of the Fortune 500 companies from 1970, do not exist anymore. So the main question is - how can businesses change and keep on innovating?
Fostering intrapreneurship is one of the answers. But the big mistake would be to put too much faith on the innovator alone. According to Harvard professor Linda Hill: innovation is not about solo Genius, it is about collective genius.
Thus, it's only when these 2 trends collide that we can develop disruptive and sustainable solutions, that produce unprecedented levels of economic prosperity, environmental quality, and social equity, meeting the needs of present society without compromising resources for future generations.

Transformation is not digital, it's constantAyal Levin
Many organizations focus on Digital Transformation as a key to success. There seems to be a belief that “Once we become fully digital, the transformation is complete”. However, the reality of today will not be the leading solution of tomorrow. This talk will focus on the reasons why it’s not about digital transformation, rather, it’s about building organizations that can support constant transformation -in culture, in working models, in strategic thinking, and in mindset.

This presentation was from the webinar "Crowdsourcing for Product Managers" held on May 31/11. It looks at crowdsourcing as an option for product managers to help build better products, stay in tune with the market, and create stickiness with prospects and customers.
This presentation was given at the 2012 Online Research Methods Conference in London, UK. The content focuses on an overview of crowdsourcing as a possible research methodology when appropriate.
Since the term crowdsourcing was coined eight years ago, the idea of tapping the knowledge, opinions, and ideas of the crowd has spread quickly and evolved in interesting ways. Today, every industry has examples of crowdsourcing and how it has helped with their innovation goals. In this webinar, Stefan Lindegaard provides history lessons, a present overview and future predictions on the benefits and challenges that come with crowd sourcing.

Crowdsourcing is a process that involves outsourcing tasks to a distributed group of people. This process can occur both online and offline, and the difference between crowdsourcing and ordinary outsourcing is that a task or problem is outsourced to an undefined public rather than a specific body, such as paid employees. Crowdsourcing is distributed problem solving. Your most complex business problems are broken down into microtasks and completed efficiently by an on-demand, scalable workforce. Coining the term of "crowdsourcing", Jeff Howe has also indicated some common categories of crowdsourcing that can be used effectively in the commercial world. Some of these web-based crowdsourcing efforts include crowdvoting, wisdom of the crowd, crowdfunding, microwork, and inducement prize contests. Crowd is an umbrella term for people who contribute to crowdsourcing efforts.
Crowdsourcing can be looked at as an application of the wisdom of crowds concept, in which the knowledge and talents of a group of people is leveraged to create content and solve problems.
Crowdsourcing markets are not a first-in-first-out queue. Tasks that are not completed quickly may be forgotten, buried by filters and search procedures so that workers do not see them
Some popular uses of implicit crowdsourcing are Captcha codes and ESP Game. Crowdsourcing has the potential to be a problem-solving mechanism for government and nonprofit use.

Innovating User Value: The Interrelations of Business Model Innovation, Desig...Jan Schmiedgen
We live in a hyper-competitive world where whole industries either shift towards services or become obsolete due to new market entrants, technologies or even social practices. A world, where permanent interactions with customers, fast time-to-market, and the ability to innovate »right« (e.g. the right thing or value) are the key to corporate success. On that score the business world isn't getting tired of emphasising the need for strategic innovation (which means »creating superior customer value«, business model innovations or even the disruption and creation of new markets).
Through the lens of »customer value« this paper uncovers some of the often overlooked links of design (design thinking, design-driven innovation and service design) to strategic innovation. It will do so by ... 1) Disenchanting the big corporate rhetoric on above claims by showing that prevailing and too one-sided understandings of strategy and innovation, rather reinforce than escape old industry paradigms. 2) Examining designs still undervalued contributions to strategy-making by approaching business challenges with a user-centric and radical service logic. 3) Showing that every dimension of strategic innovation culminates in the concept of perceived user value and meaning, which gets reviewed in detail (dimensions, forms, properties), especially with regards to constructing value propositions. 4) Arguing that the current service design and business model innovation discourses cannot be negotiated separately, as they may be good methodological complements.
So when speaking about the innovation of value for the customer, the paper argues, the above stated and seemingly separated fields intersect. Therefore their most apparent systemic connections and the facilitation of value creation by design are outlined and discussed.

Are The Blind Leading The Vision-Impaired?
As networks have invaded the “physical” world, designers and engineers are seeing the growing values that come from communications within and between sensors and machines. Electronic, mechanical and other related subsystems that used to have unique interfaces and components are now becoming standardized. Efficient support of products and equipment is only the first benefit of this trend.
The convergence of collaborative systems and machine communications will enable entirely new modes of services delivery and customer interactions. This implies a total paradigm shift. The depth of this shift has begun to suggest itself, but it is by no means accomplished.
The implications are enormous. No product development organization will be able to ignore these forces, nor will their suppliers. Product and service design will increasingly be influenced by the use of common components and subsystems. Vertically defined, stand-alone product and application markets will become part of a larger “horizontal” set of standards for hardware, software and communications.
As it becomes easier and easier to design and develop smart systems, competitive differentiation will shift away from unique, vertically focused product features. The new focus will be on how the product is actually used -- how it fosters interactions between and among users in a networked context. All of these trends lead us to the simple question...

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

When I'm sleeping, I get healing Thinking of the color blue When I'm sleeping, I slow down my breathing Living in dreams, dreams that come true Thinking of the color blue Thinking of the color blue... yes..."
