5. HUMANIST PARTY OF INDIA
-Formed by a group of selfless
volunteers.
-Humanist Party inception in 1984.
-Aim – Build the new collective-
leadership from young
people.
-A world that provides a dignified
life to all human beings,
working through non –
violence.
6. Humanist Party is working to create the new Politics
- HP proposes Non-violence as the basic tool for
conducting the affairs of the country at all levels.
- Every Political Party should be registered as an
agreement where they have to fulfill the promises
made during the elections.
This proposal is pending, since 1985.
-Complete control of the Political
scenario should be in the hands of the
people rather then politicians.

- Need of WP - More than half of
the world’s poorest, hungriest
and the most deprived people live
in our country.
12. Politics
Party shall try to promote an alternative politics in
the country
Anything new to be done by the Politicians
should pass through a popular - vote,
taking the people with them.
13. We didn’t fight the war of independence
just to get rid of the British.
The objective was not to replace the white
masters by black masters
The objective was rather to change the
style and way of ruling.
