QUESTIONS 1.What is a politicalconstitution? 2.Forms of government 3.What is a state?
ANSWERS 1. A constitution may be defined as an organization of offices in a state, by which the method of their distribution is fixed, the sovereign authority is determined, and the nature of the end to be pursued by the association and all its members is prescribed. Laws, as distinct from the frame of the constitution, are the rules by which the magistrates should exercise their powers, and should watch and check transgressors.
2.Federalism: is a political concept in which a group of members are bound together (Latin: foedus, covenant) with a governing representative head. The term federalism is also used to describe a system of the government in which sovereignty is constitutionally divided between a central governing authority and constituent political units (like states or provinces). Federalism is a system in which the power to govern is shared between national and central (state) governments, creating what is often called a federation. Proponents are often called federalists.Federalism is the type of politics wherein a group of members create a sovereign constitution with central governing authority and political units. Centralism: (from Latin focus, a single place, vandalism, person) is the state organization system of government whose decisions are unique and emanate from a single school, regardless of different cultures or peoples over those influences. The centralization is a model of government in which political decisions are taken from the central government. During the twentieth century has been in decline this form of government surviving only in France where it has a great tradition as well as in several Latin American countries. In this form of government the central government assumes responsibility to the federal states.
Among the reasons for this centralization can tell:The need for states to provide services to their citizens economically federal territories alone can not.The need for large amounts of investments that require a large percentage of resources, materials and human economic collapse federal territories. The need for central planning. Despotism: is a form of government by a single authority, either an individual (Despot), or tightly knit group, which rules with absolute political power. Monarchy: A monarchy is a form of government in which supreme power is absolutely or nominally lodged with an individual, who is the head of state, often for life or until abdication, and "is wholly set apart from all other members of the state."[1] The person who heads a monarchy is called a monarch. It was a common form of government in the world during ancient and medieval times. Democracy is a political government either carried out directly by the people (direct democracy) or by means of elected representatives of the people (Representative democracy).
3.State is a political concept that refers to a form of social organization and coercive sovereign, consisting of a set of institutions involuntary, which has the power to regulate national life in a particular territory.
